Hawker Cocktail

45ml coconut oil Fat Washed tequila
20ml lemongrass syrup
15ml lime Juice
5ml coriander Bitters
30ml ginger Beer
2 pieces Kaffir lime leaf
Lemongrass stick
Shake and double strain with ice. Garnish with lemongrass stick and lime leaves.
