15. Gleneagles Hotel

The Estate No-tini

60ml Seedlip Spice 94
25ml crushed frozen raspberries
5ml elderflower cordial
One frozen gooseberry

Mix all the ingredients and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a frozen gooseberry and enjoy straight away. For those who want the original gin cocktail in all its glory, substitute the Seedlip for South Loch raspberry gin, the crushed raspberries 12.5ml raspberry leaf infused vermouth and St. Germain liqueur instead of cordial.

“Usually, the estate martini is South Loch gin-based, inspired by Gleneagles and the surroundings of the hotel. When we created this cocktail we took inspiration from the flora around the resort. Despite the challenges that we all faced in 2020, the team at Gleneagles is grateful to our guests for all their ongoing support. We are very much looking forward to reopening in the new year, and to all the adventures we hope 2021 will bring.”

Conor O’Leary, General Manager, Gleneagles
